ARCHITECTURE · COMMERCIAL PROJECTS · PRIVATE HOMES

For people who take architecture further.

Architecture & interior design

Coordinate materials, dimensions and visual impact with the design concept from an early stage.

Project clients & developers

Hotels, clinics and public buildings: plan door schedules, quantities and interfaces for each project.

Private clients

Individual entrances and interior solutions for high-quality residential developments and private homes.

Materials with their own character

Door solutions for different needs

Natural stone, copper and ceramic give entrances and interiors a distinctive identity. Grain, color and structure make every door leaf individual, even when several doors belong to one project.

Pivot doors

Large-format pivot doors are a TASCH specialty. We coordinate the pivot point, door weight, hardware and access functions for each project.

Surface properties in detail

Surfaces with practical benefits

What the surface means in everyday use.

Care, weather exposure, wear and patina vary by stone, copper, ceramic and finish. We discuss a surface suited to the location and use, without making blanket lifespan claims.

Easy-care surface

Surfaces made of stone, copper or ceramic do not require regular repainting like a painted wooden door. Depending on the material, suitable, gentle care is sufficient for cleaning.

Example: After a rain shower or fingerprints, a suitable surface can be cleaned without touching up a layer of paint. Fittings, seals and moving parts should still be checked regularly.

Planned for outdoor use

When it comes to front doors, surface, structure and sealing all come together. We choose the design to suit the weather in the building and take the installation situation into account when taking measurements.

Example: An exterior door is exposed to rain, temperature changes and sun. While painted wood may need its protective layer renewed depending on its location, the chosen stone or ceramic surface does not require such a new coat.

Resistant in everyday life

Ceramics and suitable natural stones are resistant to typical touches and light stress. How sensitive a concrete surface is depends on the material and how it is processed.

Example: Keys, bags or a ring can visibly mark a painted surface. A suitable ceramic surface often copes better with such contacts. Copper is softer and may show signs of wear as part of its patina; no surface is unscratchable.

Light and color

Natural stone and ceramic offer a durable material surface. The effect in sunlight depends on the type of stone, ceramic decor and, if necessary, a coating. Copper may change color through patina.

Example: On a sunny facade, a paint or plastic decoration can visibly age over the years. With a natural stone surface, the mineral pattern remains part of the material; We check the specific suitability for your project.

Structure with stability

The surface and the supporting door construction are planned as a system. This means that an expressive, large-scale design can be combined with a stable door; the load capacity depends on the respective design.

Example: For a large pivot door, we coordinate the format, fittings and surface structure. This is more than just a decorative film on any door leaf and is designed for specific dimensions.

Your door as a unique piece

Natural stone has a unique grain; Copper can be embossed by hand. There are also individual dimensions, fittings and details. With ceramics, motifs from a series can recur, but the door is still designed to match the project.

Example: You select a specific stone slab or a copper motif. This creates an entrance with its own impact instead of a repeated standard decor.

View the three projects

From first conversation to delivery

A clear process makes complex projects easier to plan.

In a larger building project, design, dimensions, technical requirements and site schedules all connect. We work through the key questions with you and your design team in clear stages.

  1. 01

    Discuss the brief

We start with use, architecture, intended effect and scope: how many doors are needed, where will they be used, and what requirements apply to daily use, access and security?

  2. 02

    See and compare materials

Natural stone is formed by nature, so every slab has its own grain. Available slabs and finishes can be viewed and compared at the stone yard. Copper and ceramic finishes broaden the selection.

  3. 03

    Coordinate dimensions and door schedules

We organize door types, quantities, dimensions, handing and locations. Measurements and installation conditions provide the basis for precise planning and coordination with the other trades.

  4. 04

    Agree the technical specification

Door weight, pivot hardware, locks, smart access modules and, where required, panic functions are reviewed for the selected door type. Requirements and interfaces are confirmed with the project team before approval.

  5. 05

    Plan scope and timing

Once materials and technical details are agreed, we prepare a project-specific quotation. Production stages, delivery scope and a realistic schedule are coordinated before firm dates are confirmed.

  6. 06

    Manufacture to specification

Doors are made in Thuringia to the approved specification. Quality checks, packaging and delivery sequence are coordinated with the project and agreed installation interfaces.

Made for everyday use

Technology suited to the building.

Depending on the door type and building requirements, we include hardware, smart access modules and panic functions in the technical coordination. The final specification is reviewed for each project.

For private clients

Make the entrance unmistakably yours.

Whether it is a natural stone entrance, matching interior doors or a large-format pivot door, we guide the choice of materials and functions from the first conversation to the agreed specification. Compare finishes, ask about care and everyday use, and decide details such as dimensions, hardware and access together. The result is a door that suits both the architecture and the people who live with it.
