What makes our doors special?

Real stone, embossed copper or ceramic give a door character. What matters is how material, construction and installation work together for your everyday life.

Material that can do more than just look good.

The properties of a door always depend on the material chosen and its structure. Here we show what characterizes the surfaces and what their limits are - with examples from everyday life.

Easy-care surface symbol

Easy-care surface

Surfaces made of stone, copper or ceramic do not require regular repainting like a painted wooden door. Depending on the material, suitable, gentle care is sufficient for cleaning.

Example: After a rain shower or fingerprints, a suitable surface can be cleaned without touching up a layer of paint. Fittings, seals and moving parts should still be checked regularly.

Symbol of real natural stone

Real natural stone

With our natural stone doors, the visible surface is real, thinly processed stone. The patented process combines its natural drawing with a door leaf tailored to the application.

Example: Two slabs of the same type of stone show different veins and color gradients. A printed stone look on a standard surface, on the other hand, repeats its pattern.

Weather resistance symbol

Planned for outdoor use

When it comes to front doors, surface, structure and sealing all come together. We choose the design to suit the weather in the building and take the installation situation into account when taking measurements.

Example: An exterior door is exposed to rain, temperature changes and sun. While painted wood may need its protective layer renewed depending on its location, the chosen stone or ceramic surface does not require such a new coat.

Scratch resistance symbol

Resistant in everyday life

Ceramics and suitable natural stones are resistant to typical touches and light stress. How sensitive a concrete surface is depends on the material and how it is processed.

Example: Keys, bags or a ring can visibly mark a painted surface. A suitable ceramic surface often copes better with such contacts. Copper is softer and may show signs of wear as part of its patina; no surface is unscratchable.

Symbol of light and color stability

Light and color

Natural stone and ceramic offer a durable material surface. The effect in sunlight depends on the type of stone, ceramic decor and, if necessary, a coating. Copper may change color through patina.

Example: On a sunny facade, a paint or plastic decoration can visibly age over the years. With a natural stone surface, the mineral pattern remains part of the material; We check the specific suitability for your project.

Stable structure symbol

Structure with stability

The surface and the supporting door construction are planned as a system. This means that an expressive, large-scale design can be combined with a stable door; the load capacity depends on the respective design.

Example: For a large pivot door, we coordinate the format, fittings and surface structure. This is more than just a decorative film on any door leaf and is designed for specific dimensions.

Personalization symbol

Your door as a unique piece

Natural stone has a unique grain; Copper can be embossed by hand. There are also individual dimensions, fittings and details. With ceramics, motifs from a series can recur, but the door is still designed to match the project.

Example: You select a specific stone slab or a copper motif. This creates an entrance with its own impact instead of a repeated standard decor.

Daily stress symbol

For daily use

A door must withstand daily opening, closing and occasional bumping. We choose the surface and construction to suit the use and assemble the door carefully.

Example: Accidental contact with a bag does not have to mean immediate repainting. The impact load a door can withstand depends on the material and structure; A tested burglary resistance is a separate requirement.
